Oiltanking – COASSA Pile Replacement

Colon Oil and Services S.A., The work consisted in the repair of a series of damaged piles at the Colon Oil and Services SA marine fuel terminal, belonging to Oil Tanking, located in the city of Colon, Panama.

The repair was under an EPC modality and consisted of driving 2 steel piles for each damaged pile and joining them to the pier by means of pile caps anchored to the existing pier. Also included was the underwater repair of the partially damaged piles.

MPSA – Intake Concrete Caisson

Construction of a pump station for a thermoelectric plant cooling system. Project under EPC modality which consists of the construction of a pump station on land, after which it will be transported, launched to sea and sunk at its final position. The structure carries a weight in excess of 5,000 tons. The project includes the construction of a launch ramp and various underwater fill and protection works.

Melones Oil Terminal – Bunker Fuel Transfer Pier

Melones Oil Terminal Inc. The project consisted of the development of marine works under EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) modality, and is located in The Pacific Ocean, Melones Island, Panama City, Republic of Panama.

The works consisted of the construction of a bunker fuel transfer pier suitable for receiving tanker vessels of up to 70,000 DWT (Panamax) and barges simultaneously.
