Construction of a finger pier for a pipe rack, a small truck loading area, and access to fuel barge moorings. Construction of mooring dolphins and pile guides on the side of the owner’s power barge.
Furnish and install sub-sea cooling water discharge HDPE pipeline 30″ in diameter with risers. All materials and equipment were mobilized from Panama. Ocean transport on IMI barges.
On-Shore and Off-Shore static tests were performed by IMI. The Off-Shore load test was carried out at a depth of approximately 15 m below sea level, using a Jack-Up Barge self-elevating platform, support barges, auxiliary platform, piles, reaction beams, and high capacity cranes belonging to IMI. Dynamic tests and geotechnical drilling were carried out to understand the soil conditions.

We are pleased to announce our pleasure of having participated as an Exhibitor at the recent Gastech 2019 Exhibition & Conference, which was held from September 17 to September 19 in Houston. Gastech is the meeting point for the primary actors in the gas and energy industries. During the event we had the opportunity to exchange ideas and make connections with the most innovative companies and leaders in the world energy market, to whom, at our stand, we presented our maritime construction, engineering, and industrial assembly capabilities.
We were present at the city of Antigua, Guatemala, which this year held the magnificent event which brings together the major companies, authorities, and unions in the Port Sector of Central America and the Dominican Republic in order to promote the exchange of experiences, plans for innovation, and news and updates, and thereby strengthen commercial relations for the benefit of the industry in the region.
Manzanillo International Terminal, the works consisted of the construction of a barge slip for barge mounted power plants stationed within Manzanillo International Terminal, located in the city of Colón, Panama. The barge slip consists of a wall of sheet piles running along the perimeter of the slip, and provides a suitable depth for the operation of the barges.
